The Effectiveness of the 4 Cs Education Framework

Students 16 to 18 years old have a lot of opportunities for growth when they leave school, pursue higher education, and join the workforce later on. However, not all of them will be ready due to the lack or absence of crucial skills and other factors that could push them to become more successful and achieve the things they want. Schools also have the responsibility to empower students and make them career-ready with effectively leadership skills. They are more likely to succeed by adopting the 4 C’s education framework. The Four Cs stand for competence, confidence, character, and connection. These are inspired by the research of Jean Cote and Wade Gilbert on effective sports coaching.
